Returns
Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to us, for any reason, for a refund:
- Any book in its original condition
- Any unopened (still in its original packaging) CD, VHS tape, or software
Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery, and can only process returns and refunds for items purchased directly from LTC Planning Network.
Refunds
You will be notified of your refund via email after we have received and processed the returned item(s). You can expect a refund for your purchase(s) in the same form of payment originally used, 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any items.
